: It is not feasible to address these theoretical concerns. Do you have any symptoms? If you are concerned about esophageal cancer you could consult a GI doctor to ascertain if an endoscopy may be warranted.

No: There is ongoing research to find such tests but they are not generally available to the public. Common blood tests target specific areas where the patient may be vulnerable to a problem. However, testing would suggest something is wrong, not why it is wrong.Some cancers like leukemia would have obvious blood findings in some/others not.
