Hard to say: There are a lot of causes of chest pain.  (I'm assuming you have chest pain.)  Finding the cause requires the combination of information and testing.  I don't have all the information here.  The tests you have rule out some things, like inflammatory and infectious problems, popped lung, and pneumonia.  But they don't rule out other things.  You need to see a doctor in person.

Toxicology screen.: Both blood and urine tests can be done for these drugs.  Often these are screened for in a toxicology drug panel where drugs like marijuana, Cocaine and alcohol can be checked for.

my friend is having a blood test. it checks for cbc, tsh and ft4. will marihuana and alcohol show up in these test results?

Unlikely, unless . .: If the doctor also orders a screen for specific drugs and alcohol level, these results would show up.  If testing only for cbc, tsh, and free t4, they would not.  If you're concerned about positive drug & alcohol testing, best to stay away from using those substances -- especially at age 15.

Neck pain?: May need cervical mri. If headache, need brain MRI as well.

: Normal blood count and CMP are not compatible with medically defined sepsis.
If your CBC and CMP are normal you are not septic.

Blood smear and BM: Examination of blood smear, studies of markers on circulating cells, bone marrow examination by multiple modalties, including flow cytometry and molecular testing are the routine now.

?: you didn't specify what test you referring to, at any rate I don't believe it would affect testing for auto immune problems

my lymphocytes have been elevated on my last three blood tests. all other values were good on my cbc. march 10 2021 3.2 april 23 2021 3.7 june 28 2021 4.1 range should be 1.0-2.9 x10e9/l. what should be my next step?are these alarming?

: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, the increase in counts is of concern and it would be prudent to consult a hematologist, It is not alarming, just a concern.

CBC: Hi, what is your Hg? I don't think these values are concerning but to properly interpret a CBC one needs all the values including Hg, MCV and etc

Cancer screening: There are well defined Screening tests for Cancer. Your PCP/Family doctor will be familair with them. The tests are done according to Age and or if you  experience poor appetite, fever or weight loss. Persistent pain can be a symptoms although most cancers are painless to begin with, but can be detected by physical examination or imaging studies using X-rays/CT scans or Ultrasound.
