Extremely unlikely: The most common cause of elevated WBC would be infection. Wide range in severity.

Maybe: At your age, leukemia usually shows a high white count. However, anemia is ALWAYS serious and worth investigating. WBC and platelets values only somewhat out of range are less worrisome.  I'm betting we find something treatable.

Numbers are just...: Numbers are just numbers. Without the whole picture, such as why was labwork done, why is somebody wondering about leukemia, etc., numbers usually cannot tell much. One can ask the ordering doctor if the results indicate a problem in the setting of her whole picture. That said, WBC's are counted in Thousands but RBC's are counted in Millions... you can post a question with the actual two numbers.

Low iron is related : to low dietary intake or from slow blood loss.  Your serum iron and iron binding capacity suggests that your iron is low, but your Ferritin,  which is a test of cell storage iron is normal for men (20-500) The rbc of 5.72 and Hct of 46 are normal. urine culture came back negative but the dip stick test was positive for red blood cells.  doesnt burn while i pee but continually burns after i pee.  also have low back pain mid to left side of back.  what can cause this if not uti? cancer?

Work up: Will be needed. You experience dysuria or burning after urination and your dipstick was abnormal. Back pain is also of concern and imaging should substantiate structural changes. There are many other benign causes for your symptoms, including stones or cysts, cancer cannot be ruled out yet. Stick with your doc, who may consult an urologist, if needed.
