Aloe straight from : The plant is recommended. Lotions w aloe don't have a high enough aloe concentration. Aloe barbadensis (aloe vera) can v redness, pain, itching ; swelling from burns. It has anesthetic, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial ; antifungal qualities. It speeds burn healing by stimulating new skin growth.

Baby lotion: As long as it is a first degree burn, not blistering, baby oil or aloe vera should be fine to sooth the burn.  I prefer aloe vera.  If there are blisters, it is a second degree burn, and you should see a physician.

Seek med care for severe pain, fever, lack of improvement of sxs w/i several days or if a large surface area is blistered. Drink h2o.

: Eucerin is a cream used in eczema that is very hydrating but with a chronic  condition would follow up with dermatology for a definitive diagnosis of possible eczema , sensitivity to soap, sun, foods, other substances   or  fungal infection.

With one condition: Only if it has sun screen in it. Most tanning lotion is meant to enhance the sun's tanning effects, not to block it's harmful uv rays that cause burns. It must have an SPF factor in order to help prevent burns.

Yes: Sunburn is a result of excessive oxidative stress to the tissues of your skin. Lotions that have antioxidant properties can partially reverse some of this damage. This is why coconut oil is so useful. The saturated fats in coconuts have anti-oxidant like effects.
