Not really addiction: Many people really like a particular food and may overindulge in it, but that doesn't make it an "addiction," which implies both loss of control and it doing far more harm than good. They have way too much salt and are pure starch, so moderation is better for your health. Over time, it can lead to obesity, diabetes and hypertension. Talk to a nutritionist about moderating it.

are instant noodles bad for you?

Accepted Answer

Yes and no: While instant noodles are not generally harmful (otherwise, they would not be sold), they may not be the best type of food to eat in that they contain quite a bit of preservatives (salt, for example) that may not be the best thing to consume for certain categories of people (such as those with elevated blood pressure). Definitely, some people may be allergic to some preservatives used in those.

i heard eating instant noodles is bad? is it true? shouldn't i eat instant noodles?

Seems OK: Noodles are carbohydrates.  If they are instant they are likely precooked , dried and packaged so heating them prior to eating takes less time.
I do not see why they could be any harm. However since they are not made in the US it is difficult to say if a food company somewhere else in the world is producing unsafe instant noodles.  There is likely more information needed to answer this question.

im worried as i eat fattis and monis instant noodles atleast once every 5 days, can it cause cancer or is very bad for me?

Accepted Answer

Instant noodles: can contain a lot of sodium and other chemicals.  So, try to eat them sparingly rather than every 5 days.  A regular diet of them is not good for overall health and by themselves they don't cause cancer.  Stick w/fresh fruits, vegetables, eggs, etc.   It takes more time and work but it's worth it.  Peace and good health.

Yes- it depends on:: Everything we eat affects our health. Instant noodles are mostly carbs; a high-carb diet raises blood sugar, increases obesity, causes inflammation etc.Most instant noodles are wheat ; thus have gluten, which adversely affects many people (but you could have rice or buckwheat noodles without gluten). my house has a mouse.1 day,i put some instant noodles in a bowl next to a pot with boiling hot water.left the stove for a few minutes.when i came back,saw a piece of mouse's feces on the stove top.can i get sick if the mouse ate or touched the noodle?

: You won't get sick if you clean area and don't eat any possible contaminated noodles. Best buy some sticky pads and place noodles or any food on them to catch the mouse.

Toxin Removal: Unwanted chemicals and toxins are removed from the body in the urine, as well as from the skin and lungs. The odor is a reflection of what you have been putting into the body, i.e. what you eat.  Clearly that combination of "Nutrients" produces an odd smell when you consume them. Try flushing drink extra water!

Fully cook meat: If your hot dog and sausage are fully cooked, these should be fine.
