Instant noodles: can contain a lot of sodium and other chemicals. So, try to eat them sparingly rather than every 5 days. A regular diet of them is not good for overall health and by themselves they don't cause cancer. Stick w/fresh fruits, vegetables, eggs, etc. It takes more time and work but it's worth it.
