Seems OK: Noodles are carbohydrates. If they are instant they are likely precooked , dried and packaged so heating them prior to eating takes less time. I do not see why they could be any harm. However since they are not made in the US it is difficult to say if a food company somewhere else in the world is producing unsafe instant noodles. There is likely more information needed to answer this question.
