left armpit always smells way worse than right. even minutes after shower. also, some occasional soreness on left trunk area (lymph nodes?!). related? what could cause this? any home remedies?

Dermatology : hey ask your physician to have you see a dermatologist to see if they can make a diagnosis about the armpit. I don't believe the other left Trunk symptoms are related.

sore left armpit for months. cannot feel swelling. but sometimes if i feel really hard i feel like maybe i can feel lymph nodes. what could this be? also the front of my neck has been hurting on the left side. it also causes my ears to hurt?

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor. 
In the meantime, start exercising. Begin with low intensity exercise such as walking and gradually increase the intensity so that you sweat profusely. It may take a few months for the full effect.  Wish you good health!

Could: happen.  Lymph nodes will get sore when body trying to fight off infections.  Could be due to the cold could be skin irritation. But wait until you feel better. If the nodes don't calm done look for other causes.   Since you are not feeling well I believe this is the cause

Monitoring Centers: Lymphatic system absorbs/carries things too big to go into the arteries/veins like bacteria eaten by white cells/digested food. Lymph nodes "taste" the lymph everywhere for bad stuff like bacteria/viruses/cancers, etc. When it detects a problem, it alerts the immune system and your body reacts.  They enlarge in response to the inflammation they create when they react.  They shrink when all is well.

: You may have a viral infection. If you have fever, not controlled by acetaminophen, you should see a doctor. Otherwise you may watch and wait. If your symptoms do not worsen and you do not lose weight, you can watch and wait. If the nodes more than double in size, ulcerate, you lose weight, or you get other symptoms, see a doctor.

Lymphadenopathy: There is a host of reasons for lymph nodes to enlarge. If you have widespread noticeable enlarged nodes it is important that you be evaluated. There are benign causes,but there are also serious causes that warrant early evaluation and treatment. Good luck.

More likely breast: Rather than lymph nodes, I suspect that you have a bit of "ectopic" breast tissue in your armpits. This is not terribly rare. Some women have breast tissue in the armpits. Just as the rest of your breast can get swollen and hurt before your period, so can this tissue. Best to see a doctor at this point in your cycle to be sure.

Sure: A cold attacks your whole body, really.  It is not usual to get swollen lymph nodes everywhere but it could happen.  Also a new deodorant, lotion or soap could do this too.  If the lymph nodes don't go away or get smaller in 2 weeks see your doc.  If you have fever over 101, pain in the nodes, trouble breathing, or anything else scary get checked today. (Don't squeeze the nodes often, check weekly

Get it checked out: Swollen tender lymph nodes in the arm pit could be due to an infection or something more serious.  this should be check out by your physician very soon.  Until you are seen, heat applied to the area may proofed some benefit.

ive had bilateral lumps in my armpits for 3-4 weeks. i think theyre lymph nodes. very painful to touch. constantly changing size, will get big and painful then shrink, only for the other side to become big (marble size) and tender. no other issue?

: Reactive lymph nodes can be tender but they are almost always get smaller and resolve by times. They won't get big, shrink then reappear. I wonder if you can see these lumps or you just feel them. If you can see them, you may have hidradenitis suppurativa.
You should see a doctor for a correct diagnosis; however, the manifestation is not consistent with a malignant disease.
