Address the stones: Nowadays it should be possible to manage bladder stone scientifically. "Herbals" are at best supplements.

Constipation remedy: There is no one size fits all constipation remedy, but pts your age usually have constipation due to lack of fiber in the diet, low water intake, excess meats, or drugs that slow gut movement (pain killers). Try drinking more water, eating fiber (fruits, veggies, oatmeal), taking metamucil, or cutting down on meats or pain meds.

Constipation: Constipation can be caused by lack of fiber in the diet. Please decrease sugars and fats in diet, and increase foods with fiber, like beans and green leafy vegetables. Drink lots of water.

See: A GI specialist. Try high fiber soft diet, drink plenty of fluids and increase activity level. Your GI May place you on stool softener, laxatives and or suppository or rectal manual stool evacuation if indicated

Depends: Bowel dysfunction is any abnormality of bowel function such as diarrhea, constipation, pain with eating, improper absorption of nutrients, minerals. There is a very long list. It can be mild to severe.

Enough water?: If it's been that long with belly backup pain and if difficult means more than a bit of pushing drinking more water may not be enough to clear it out. After seeing a doctor for this situation, do pay attention to water.  Drink several glasses a day. Also be active and eat more fruits and vegetables. But now, see a Dr. Get it straightened out. Gastroenteritis?: Causes include infectious (viral/ bacterial/ giardia), inflammatory or irritable bowel disease, side effects of medications, or excess iron intake. Recommend to see a doctor if you are running a fever, feel very weak and ill, not able to drink enough fluids, start vomiting, have stomach cramps or there is blood in stool. Also, remember to stay hydrated and eat foods rich in potassium like banana.

Appendicolith: Sort of. Stool or other material can harden and obstruct the appendix and cause appendicitis.  Stool that is in your rectum however is no where near the appendix and is not the issue in this disease.

Yes, it sounds: like you are still constipated. You need to drink more water, eat more fiber-rich foods and see a doctor if you are having abdominal pain. I don't know if you've consulted here before, but on this part of the site, we can't see past consults.
