Enough water?: If it's been that long with belly backup pain and if difficult means more than a bit of pushing drinking more water may not be enough to clear it out. After seeing a doctor for this situation, do pay attention to water. Drink several glasses a day. Also be active and eat more fruits and vegetables. But now, see a Dr. Get it straightened out.
