Probably not: Fibromyalgia affects both right and left sides of the body, above and below the waist.  There are several things that might cause your symptoms-e.g.-trigger points (painful bands inside the muscle), facet joint arthritis of the lower neck or upper back (especially if you were in an accident with a whiplash injury), disc tears, and subluxation of the joints between the rib and vertebrae.

Burning skin: Fibromyalgia does not cause burning skin. Your treatment is depended on the diagnosis.

fibromyalgia is usually muscle tender points
you may want to get EMG done to see your nerve function.

Unusual: Unusual as buring pain is usually neurologic in origin.  Check for amyloidosis or nerve/spinal cord impingement.

Hard to say: Symptoms could be related to cervical nerve impingement which should be ruled out before thinking about fibromyalgia.

: Severe pain when fingers (or toes) are exposed to cold (water or air) is called Raynaud’s Phenomenon.  Fingers/toes often turn intensely red when warming up.  May be related to any one of several underlying severe conditions - or may be a variant of normal.  Check with your doctor

Tendinitis: Most times burning pain in the elbow w/out a history of trauma is tendinitis.Occ. The ulnar nerve(funny bone) can get irritated and cause burning pain esp.If your pinkie or ring finger get numb or tingle.Tendinitis responds to nsaids, rest from offending activities(power grip), ice massage etc. If no improvement see your orthopedic surgeon.
