Yes: When endurance type activities are done, cells use primarily aerobic metabolism which can be kept up for longer periods of time.  When particularly rigorous exercise is done, the cells use anaerobic metabolism which produces a burst of energy at the expense of producing lactic acid and able to be sustained for a shorter time.

Globus, anxiety: Your symptoms are quite consistent with chronic anxiety and the lump feeling in your throat is typical of globus assuming your throat examination is normal. You're overly conscious of your breathing pattern which is consistent with anxiety. I feel you would be greatly helped by stress management therapy. Discuss this with your physician.

Um, it IS...: Not sure who you are talking to or getting information from, but masturbation is a totally normal human activity for both men and women.  It is simply a part of life and normal and expected and not a horrible thing or something to be ashamed of.  There is no difference in this behavior for men or women other than the mechanics involved.

No: Everyone has the same chance of having a boy or a girl. It is 50% for a boy and 50% for a girl in any given preganancy, regardless of the number of boys or girls in previous pregnancies.-since a mother contributes an X chromosome and a father contributes a Y chromosome.
