Probably early : Thyroid disease.  Autoimmune thyroid disease may present with just autoantibodies that you have. These are not normal. Your doctor likely plans to follow your TSH levels and if you develop any signs of thyroid deficiency, s/he will put you on medication.

It can: It certainly can.  You need to have other values such as tsh, t4, free T3 (liothyronine) and thyroid binding globulin to fully assess.  Also, if you're symptomatic in some way, this factors in as well.  Please discuss fully with the physician who ordered the test!  good luck.

You may have disease: Thyroid antibodies come in a variety of "flavors." they are not always associated with clinical disease and can create hyper or hypothyroidism.  They are rarely measured without a prior understanding of thyroid function.  I suspect you have had a TSH measured at some point and that we are missing the key to the puzzle.
