Try suppository?: Have you try any suppository at all? You may want to revise your dietary habit, to eat more fibers (fruit &vegetables or may take fiber supplement) and drink plenty of fluid daily. The longer the stool sit on the colon, the more it will become harder..... Suppository may help you. If it's still not successful, may need to see doctor asap. Good luck!

i'm 16 yr old female. i don't drink water at all but i drink about 90 ounces of hot tea per day with no sugar or milk or honey... etc. is this bad?

Too much caffeine.: Drinking a lot of caffeine all day long can make you jittery and it can keep you up.  You can also get headaches if you go too long without the caffeine.  Which means you can get addicted.  It is healthier to vary your diet, and it is very healthy to get used to the taste of plain water.  After you drink it for awhile you will get used to it.  Skim milk is also healthy to drink.

my breastmilk has reduced, over night. ive tried drinking lots of water, tried a nursing tea, even tried pumping to help, but nothing seems to work. is there medication i can take to help boost my milk supply if yes, which type of dr can help? thanks?

Depends: But if you have been breast feeding for awhile then more than likely your body is taking its natural way of ceasing Breast milk production.   See your obgyn or endocrinologist

Soft drinks are acidifying and can leach calcium but not carbonated mineral water, in fact they offer varying amounts of magnesium and choosing a brand relatively high in magnesium will increase your levels- see http://tinyurl.com/mk4ccxw

getting ivp in monday. lost my instructions.  i know i need to drink milk if magnesium at 4 the day before. how much do i drink?

Usual preparation for IVP.
 One (1) day prior to your x-ray examination at 4pm, take two 5mg Dulcolax tablets. 
• One (1) day prior to your x-ray examination at 6pm, take 2 tbsp Milk of Magnesia (magnesium hydroxide).

Not much: Magnesium citrate is a saline laxative which works by drawing water into the small intestine
even though you will loose some water but it will not cause any significant weight loss, and whatever loss of  water, is replaced pretty soon.Net effect no weight loss.

Depends on exam: Magnesium is metal so can show up on xrays of abdomen, abdominal ct, interferes with fluoroscopy of abdomen, etc. Not such a good idea.

can it be normal to have leg cramps or spasms everyday mostly when at rest - such as laying down? i drink plenty of water. i dont know what else can be checked as my potassium & magnesium were normal. b vitamins werent checked. frustrating

Leg cramps: Since we can only measure extracellular potassium and magnesium we can't be sure if intracellular levels are ok. That is why I still recommend trying a magnesium and/or potassium supplement. Your pharmacist can recommend one. Calcium deficiency can also cause recurrent muscle cramping. To prevent calf cramps, perform calf muscle stretching before bedtime. Tight muscles are prone to cramping.
