Yes, possible: Above scenario appears consistent with a passed stone, however you are left with the 2 conditions that contributed, taking a blood thinner and the propensity of forming stones and the risk for another such episode in the future remains high. Yes: If you were testing specifically for progesterone, then likely the test would show up in blood (i'm not sure about urine, I have never heard of a urine Progesterone test).  Women's ovaries also make progesterone, and those levels would also be accounted for.  It's an interesting question you pose, maybe consider re-posting with additional information as to why you're concerned/interested in result.

A single drop of blood in a cup of urine can turn the urine red.  If you suspect blood in your urine, get seen by your pcp or urologist and find the cause.  Don't delay.  It is not worth it to wait.
