Yes: If you were testing specifically for progesterone, then likely the test would show up in blood (i'm not sure about urine, I have never heard of a urine Progesterone test). Women's ovaries also make progesterone, and those levels would also be accounted for. It's an interesting question you pose, maybe consider re-posting with additional information as to why you're concerned/interested in result.
