Fried food: Canola is a good oil for frying however in general it is not healthy to fry fish or any other food it is much healthier to eat fish broiled.  Fried food can raise your cholesterol and you could lose the benefit of eating fish.

Canola oil: Yes.  You need to have your thyroid treated, of course, but why would you think canola oil would be a problem?

Olive oil: Most vegetable oils under intense heat under go chemical transformation that make them unsafe. Avoid frying. If must fry try peanut, coconut oil the are able to remain stable in high heat.

Wouldn't eat it: in large amounts all by itself for any of them.

Total calorie intake in a day is probably the really really bad feature. So, if you're 500 pounds but only use soy oil, you are going to have health problems.
All are better than the basically indigestible transfats.
None are especially healthy.

For what purpose?: the propellants that are used in e-cigarettes are mainly propylene glycol, which is an oil, whose safety when inhaled has not, to my knowledge, been demonstrated in any studies.  Even more so with canola oil.  People who are willing to smoke, inhale, snort or inject virtually anything are people with significant underlying psychological and/or psychiatric issues, and you need to get help asap.

Good for Humans: It is healthy to consume canola oil as it contain more polyunsaturated fatty acid, omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acid!

Yes: Grape seeds contain gallic acid, catechins, & epicatechins (may help reduce impact of cancer). Canola oil is low in saturated fat & contains omega-6 & omega-3 fatty acids (associated with reduced all-cause & cardiovascular mortality). Do not rely solely upon phytochemicals or other "natural remedies”. They must be part of an integrated treatment plan. Consult your physician about actual treatment.

Benefits: Canola oil contains omega-3 fatty acids which help to reduce triglyceride levels in blood. It is also reported to help reduce inflammation. The vitamin e in canola oil  is an anti-oxidant.
