Yes: It is uncommon, but this is possible with any type of skin cancer, especially if it is large.  However, it can be difficult to tell this apart from a sebaceous cyst which is non-cancerous.

Not generally: they are mainly solid irregular bumps that are quite variable. However, they can erode and get infected, but even then, the pus would be more outside than inside of them.

No: What you describe is the classic sebaceous cyst of  the ear lobe.  Until  the entire cyst wall is removed, drainage alone will allow reaccumulation of sebaceous material and reformation of the cyst.  There are never malignant.

Get it seen: I'm betting it's a small epidermoid inclusion cyst. See if your physician can tell you and perhaps excise it when things settle down. Nobody -- not even Hollywood "pretty boys" -- has a perfect face, and you're likely to have a scar here, and a pretty good story to go with it. Try and keep your hands away from it and get seen soon.

More likely infected: Whether you BF or not the lacteals that provide milk to the baby can open and allow skin germs to penetrate your breast and trigger a breast abscess. Squeeze these &amp; blood &amp; puss will come out.

Skin cancer: You definitely do not have skin cancer, it sounds more like an infectious process caused either by bacteria or virus. You would definitely benefit by a trip to a dermatologist

That&#x27;s not normal: The fever is the worrisome part. It is possible that you have a chronic abdominal infection from the surgery. An abscess may drain through the colon and out the ostony. That is why there is pus in the stool. That would be rare but only plausible explanation. Chronic colitis may cause this too but would be associated with abd pain too. Reccomend surgical consult and ct scan.

Much Too Little Info: You've already seen an oral surgeon,so what exactly do you hope from a doctor answering your question on this website?If you have  doubts or questions that surgeon couldn't/wouldn't or didn't answer, best to get a second opinion from another oral surgeon(or maybe just a dentist).It would be near impossible to answer that question here. At best, it's a chronic infection. Doubtful cancer at your age
