i drained and cleaned a blood blister. today it was a bit red and dry; i put antibiotic on it and swelled and stung. did the antibiotic cause this?

Infected.: You may need oral antibiotic. Go to urgent care if you can not get a hold of your doctor by phone.

Probably fine: I would verify the kid has his/her tetanus up to date (normally has booster at 4-5) and keep the wound clean.That should be sufficient. Look at it daily to be sure no signs of infection show up.

went to board certified dermatologist in us for acne problem. he injected acnes with antibiotics. used new needle and syringe but was not wearing gloves. used clean guaze to wipe speck of blood from injection sites. did he put me at risk for hiv/hep?

No: No risk for HIV/Hep B or C if clean needles used. To learn more about risk of HIV contamination cdc.gov has useful, reliable information. HIV related anxiety might need to be addressed if thoughts of becoming contaminated become intrusive.

Herpes antibody?: Probably you mean herpes antibody, not antibiotic. Antibodies are proteins that the immune system produces to help fight infection. A positive test for antibodies to herpes simplex virus (HSV), the cause of herpes infections, mean you are infected with HSV. The standard tests look for antibodies to HSV1, the cause of oral herpes, and HSV2, the usual cause of genital herpes.

No: You have to be in good general health, and if you are on antibiotics, even if feeling better, should not be donating until a few days after you are off of the antibiotics. It is safer for you and the recipient--as may also cause an allergic reaction in the recipient if allergic to the antibiotic meant for you. 
Tune up your health a bit first, then call the red cross to set up a donation.

You should not: Make sure that you have stopped taking antibiotics for at least a few days prior to giving blood. Some potential recipients could be allergic.

No: Alprim is a sulfa antibiotic. I have done drug screening for twenty years and I am unaware of sulfa antibitotics having any cross reactivity with drug tests. Make sure you let the testes know you are or have recently taken the test.

i have to fast for 12hrs,my blood work is at 730pm,its 8am now and i took a sip of milk,will that mess up my results?can i still take my antibiotic?

No and Yes: A sip of milk or taking your prescribed antibiotic dose is unlikely to influence your labs
