7 y/o child. stepped on tac in house. barely went in. only drop of blood. cleaned wound w/saline sol & iodine. used antibiotic gel & bandaged. wound tiny & clean. says barely burns. think ok?

Probably fine: I would verify the kid has his/her tetanus up to date (normally has booster at 4-5) and keep the wound clean.That should be sufficient. Look at it daily to be sure no signs of infection show up.
