Chest pressure : Chest pressure when doing tasks is concerning for clogged arteries in the heart when someone has risk factors, man, over 45, smoker,, diabetes, not active, obese. high cholesterol, hypertension  We can evaluate blockage of the heart arteries in several ways, stress test, CT calcium score, or catheterization. What else can this be?  COVID 19, anxiety, lung issues, stomach issues. See a doctor

Stress test: A stress test will yield evidence of physiologic ischaemia, this can be present without obstructive coronary disease though coronary obstruction is by far the commonest cause; coronary artery disease  is frequently present with a "normal" stress test; so beware diagnostic prognostication. An ECG can mimic an acute MI but be due to many other causes.

Tests: All tests have their situational sensitivity and specificity. In the usual 26y/o it is not likely to have serious vascular obstruction. Choosing a test in this situation has to be done with this in mind as well as the risks vs benefits of the test. Discuss with your Doctor.

Possible at 23 y.o.: Yes, what you mention is possible but less probable as when you are older.  Please continue to see your doc and also discuss diet and lifestyle changes that will lower the probability of ill health even more. SOB , arm pain:  Could be a number of etiologies but cardiac is still  a possibility. Would f/u with cardiology ,  May also be due to postural tachycardia, cardiac spasm(pritzmental) , reflux, gallbladder, variant temporomandibular joint ( not all symptoms, rare autoimmune(lupus),  F/u /w /cardiology , GI get ultrasound/nuclear stress test, tilt table, lupus serology

No, but....: Not because of femoral artery atherosclerosis per se.  However atherosclerosis is generally wide spread and if there is significant narrowing of the arteries of the heart, it can result in abnormal ekg and abnormal heart rhythm.

Rarely: One can sometimes on a technically good study see portions of the coronary arteries. The oringin of the left main coronary artery for instance is not uncommonly seen. There are at the present time much better tests to visualize ther coronary arteries. One can see the results of the clogged artery, (a non-moving or poorly moving part of the heart muscle related to a blockage.).

Test value: The nuclear study gives information about perfusion(blood delivery)to various parts of the heart. You may still have blockages but your body can compensate by growing collateral vessels so that a single blockage may not affect overall blood supply to an area. The study is also helpful in giving ejection fraction information but usually correlates fairly to echo but may be more precise
