At least for 4-6 hrs: Most serious reactions will occur immediately or within the first 30 minutes. However reactions can be delayed and you want to stay alert and vigilant for many hours after multiple stings.

Yes: But bee and wasp venom is different so because you reacted to one does not mean you will react to the other.  You can however develop allergies to wasps, just like any other individual.

Retained stinger?: Wasps and their relatives (bees, yellow jackets, hornets) don't bite; they sting.  Regardless, you wouldn't ordinarily have symptoms 2 months later! You might have a retained stinger, a splinter or another foreign body in the wound.  Or it may have become infected.  In any case, this should be checked out by a medical professional.

Tx ASAP: Systemic reactions to wasp stings can include hives, flushing, swelling of the tongue, mouth , lips & airway; problems breathing, dizziness and in severe cases it can be fatal. Talk with your doctor about carrying self –injectable Epinephrine . You should not delay treatment if you are allergic to wasps.

3-5 days: Times vary, but 3-5 days is typical.  Cool compresses and antihistamines (benadryl) can be effective in controlling the symptoms.

: Other than the wasp bites can you think of any other triggers of an allergic reaction? If not I think you had a delayed hypersensitivity reaction to those wasp bites. I recommend consulting an allergist to sort this out and to advise you about dangers of severe reactions to future wasp bites, preventative measures like carrying epipens,especially when outdoors&amp;advisability of desensitization

Chance of tick bite?: Typical symptoms of Lyme disease  include fever, headache, fatigue, and a characteristic skin rash. Sounds like some testing may be in order, but be aware wasp stings do not transfer human diseases or viruses from one person to another.
