However, in those who are healthy with normal blood vessels it is highly unlikely. The same principles apply to coronary arteries. Watch for other points of view

Checking your blood pressure in the mornings, and at night may help you get a better idea of what your trends are.  If most of your readings are within normal range, you are less likely to have the damage to your arteries that ultimately leads to heart attacks and strokes.

Needs to be high: At 32 years provided you are not morbidly obese severely diabetic or have cardiac issues its unlikely. The panic would have to have your heart beating at almost 200 and your BP would have to be quite high. If you are having a lot of panic attacks speak to your doctor, neurologist, psychiatrist and they may be able to prescribe a medication to stabilize these events.

Hard to Say: His blood pressure is high.  High blood pressure over long periods of time increases the risks for Heart attacks, stroke, and kidney disease as it tends to cause damage to the blood vessels.  Though it raises the probability that one or more of these things might occur, no one can predict with certainty exactly when or if they will occur in an individual case.  I'd encourage him to have it checked
