i have a red patch of dry flaky skin on penis. started the day i finished 3 days worth of cipro (ciprofloxacin). its not an std i was tested for 1 in er last week when i thought i had a kidney stone. yeast infection?

Possible, see doctor: Without seeing the flaky area, i can guess that it is yeast, but it would be best to have a thorough examination in person by a doctor.  Usually a simple pill can clear up most yeast infections.

Facilitate: Stones do not cause infection, but make it more likely for infection to occur.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

i have itchy and frequent urinate for a week. now i have sharp pain in left lower back. does yeast infection cause the pain or sth else?

Something else: Yeast infection, limited to the vulva and vagina, is not likely to cause back pain.  You may have an associated uti, but the history you provide is too sparse and you also need to be examined.   See a doctor soon, and hope you are better in a short time thereafter.

Yeast infection: Are you referring to female vaginal/genital yeast infection? And if it can spread to kidneys and blood?  If yes, then your answer is no! vaginal yeast infection is a localized benign disease and does not spread! BUT kidneys and blood can get infected by fungal diseases rarely in immunocompromised patients or in patients with long term intravenous accesses/lines, or with long term Foley catheters!

i had a yeast infection and i have to takr a antifungal cream still for 5 days and i just got a kidney infection can i starte the antifungal cream?

You can but..: You can continue the antifungal cream, but with the use of antibiotics for the kidney infection may have to repeat again the yeast medication.

Hmm not really: Did you have a yeaast infection in your urine?

Did it get systemic?  Then maybe... But you need to see an infectious disease specialist and a nephrologist if you think this happened.

You : You might be very sensitive to the metabolites of alcohol, meaning that alcohol gets broken down into byproducts in your blood stream and liver, and you may be more sensitive than most people.  Try drinking one glass of water for every glass of alcohol you drink.  If you continued to have urine burning for more than a few hours please get a urine check to be sure it's not infected.

Kidney and yeast infections should not make it hard to get pregnant.  Sexually transmitted diseases such as chlamydia or gonorrhea however can scar the tubes and make it hard to get pregnant.

Possibly: Inflammation of those tissue can recreate the symptoms you describe.

Not likely: Vaginal yeast causes genital irritation and itching and sometimes a little thick, cheesy discharge. But not abdominal or back pain. If you're having more vaginal discharge, vaginal odor, or colored discharge, I would be worried about an STD that might have progressed to fallopian tube infection (pelvic inflammatory disease, PID). See a doctor soon -- do it immediately if pain severe or any fever.

Accepted Answer

No: Yeast infection is not transmitted sexually generally.  A yeast infection will not cause nausea or back pain as it is limited to vaginal area.
