No: Yeast infection is not transmitted sexually generally. A yeast infection will not cause nausea or back pain as it is limited to vaginal area.

UTI vs kidney stone: Low back pain and vomiting can be a bacterial urinary tract infection or even a kidney stone. If its bad you should go to your pcp for care. Keep well hydrated.
