Yep.: Even low levels of human chorionic gonadotrophin (HCG) will turn the over-the-counter urine pregnancy tests positive (albeit faintly) and are diagnostic of early pregnancy. Having said that, you still have a 1:3-1:4 chance for miscarriage and a low risk for ectopic, multifetal, molar pregnancy - therefore examination with transvaginal ultrasound is warranted as soon as possible. Take 1-5 mg folate (folic acid).

Trust the test : A pregnancy test can detect a bhcg of about 20. Your bhcg roughly doubles every 48 hours. Let's say the first day you took it you were barely pregnant with a level of 19. 48 hours later your bhcg would be 38 which is way above the level for a urine pregnancy test to detect it. Home tests work really well and can be trusted. Repeat and if negative then you are not pregnant.

Package instructions: Each ovulation kit has a package insert that has pictures to help one interpret the result. Compare your test result to the package insert. Then you will be able to know if the test indicates ovulation or not.

Repeat in 4 days: If you had sex since your last period, and have missed a period, re do the test in 4-5days, unless you get a period by then. If the result is negative repeat the test 4-5 days later unless you get a period by then. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.
If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

This could: represent a "blighted ovum" (failure of fertilization) If you WANT to be pregnant..worry NOT..TRY AGAIN..if you do not want to be pregnant..better review your method of contraception!

Tubal occlusion: Your tubes may be blocked.  Probably time to confirm it with a laparoscopy to see if they are blocked and potentially open them.
