Several possiblities: White tongue could be something as simple as hairy tongue; in which case a tongue scraper is all you need.  But is could also be a fungal infection. Best get it checked out by a dentist for diagnosis.

Macroglossia: Is it that you really have a large tongue (macroglossia) or was it that it was hard to work inside your mouth for another reason?  People that are missing their back teeth can have enlarged tongues or it may have just been difficult for you to control your tongue after it was numbed.  Other cases of macroglossia include downs.

i have had numbness in my tongue for three days. should i be concerned? should i call my doctor? what could this tongue numbness mean?

Nerve injury: You didn't specify the numbness just happened for no reason or it was after a dental procedure? Please specify. Numbness in tongue means there is a nerve damage or pressure on the nerve that serves sensation to the tongue.

Warm salt Water: If you do indeed have ulcerations on your tongue then warm a salt water rinse can be helpful. Kitchen table salt is ok. If they are not resolved in two weeks, see a dentist.

I can't either: I cannot see a cyst either.  I suppose i would go with what your doc said if he has visually examined this.

Possible glossitis: an inflammation of the tongue itself or irritation of the lingual nerve, the main nerve which works the tongue, or possibly a low grade fungal infection. Sounds like inflammation to me- upload photos for further information. usually, easily treated with anti-inflammatory medication, or in combination with antifungal  therapy

i hit my head real hard about four years agolately i've felt my speech slur and my mouth notwanting to function normally. should i gosee a doctor?

Absolutely: Absolutely i would be seen, especially with slurred speech and problems with motor function with your mouth.

See below: Most people with hpv have no issues at all; however most cervical cancers some oro-pharyngeal cancers are related to hpv, in addition to warts etc. You can pass it on to your contacts. You are just above the age for vaccination, but you should get your children esp, girls vaccinated. See this for more info.

hello doctors. i have a bit of an odd question. i am a 24 yo female. i currently have high risk hpv non 16/18 and have had it for a number of years. i wanted to know if it's possible to transmit hpv through vaginal secretions to my partners mouth?
