i did mammogram last month and there is presence of axillary lymph node.but doctor said that nothing to worry.dimple also seen in my nipple..?

Breast issues: A new dimple in your nipple is something you should have followed up by a breast surgeon.  If you feel like your current doctor isn't taking you seriously, get another opinion.  A normal mammogram does not mean there's not  problem.

i've been texting positive for active ebv for a month now, finally just went away. i had a ct that count cervical, axillary and mesenteric nodes. doctor says not to worry but that's it, could my ebv have caused lymph nodes in all those parts?

: EBV does cause generalized lymphadenopathy, but nodes in the neck are usually most prominent.

have a firm axillary lymph about 1cm-1.1cm node doctor says its fine but im still worried and have had a chest x ray and blood test that is clear.and i have some in my neck that have been ultrasounded and look fine and are pea sized. lymphoma?

Reactive: These are reactive lymph nodes likely from some prior viral infection.  At 21 your likelihood for lymphoma is 1 in 100,000.  Lymph nodes that are consistent with lymphoma are typically spongy. Lower your incidence of cancer and lymphoma by eating right, getting enough sleep, reduce stress and stay away from substances. Remember to exercise!  This moves the lymph through the lymph nodes.

Lymph node: All lymph nodes have a hilum. The statement you provided, does not suggest any pathology.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Not likely.: Even if you think you have enlarged lymph nodes that your doctor says are no problem and he is wrong, as a general rule they are not likely to harm you, and with time if they are significant they will continue to enlarge, they will then be felt and dealt with diagnostically.  The chances the doctor is wrong are low, but you always have the option to get a second opinion.

Occipital nodes: Generally these nodes react to inflammatory/infectious conditions in the scalp. Of course they can be part of generalized lymphadenopathy seen in mononucleosis,some other viral infections lymphoma,leukemia or metastatic involvement by malignancies.

Specifically,: it means that in a localized spot (focal) there is thickening. Some experts have suggested that thickening or hyperplasia (cell proliferation) may indicate the presence of cancer, but there is no agreement that this non-specific finding definitely indicates cancer. It can result from other reactions within the lymph node. The size of 4.4 mm is smaller than most lymph nodes involved by cancer.

Get FNA or Biospy: Infections and nonmicrobial inflammatory stimuli often activate immune cells  in lymph nodes and can cause reactive lymphadentitis.   The infections causing lymphadenitis are varied and numerous, and may be acute or chronic.  If yours has lasted 2 years it is clearly chronic.  However, if your doctor did not do a fine needle aspirate, or take cultures the swollen node could be more serious.
