Could be.: I assume that your BP was lower prior to the calcitriol.  Calcitriol can raise bp.

Not helpful: Nacfil is Acetylcysteine, a drug used to decrease the thickness of mucous when one has a cough.  It does not have a place in the treatment of PCOS.  There should not be serious side effects.

: All medications have side effects, and some could be undesirable. Clinicians always would weight the benefit and adverse effects before use of medications. You should discuss with your doctor the benefit versus the symptoms of what you have to decide what you would rather do.

Treatment of daily: Migraine --- can be aborted in several ways -- in the er with IV steroids/antiemetics/anticonvulsants or at home with oral steroids.  Best check with your doctor.

Yes it is safe but: Acute Sinusitis is sometimes treated with a long course of antibiotics. 2/3 rd of acute Sinusitis do not require any antibiotics and gets better by itself. How many days you take antibiotics depends on many factors like acute on chronic  Sinusitis and severity of the infection.If culture is available you know what antibiotic to use. Augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate) can cause gastrointestinal side effects like Diarrhea

Not fertility meds: The medications you are describing are several antibiotics, vitamins and enzymes. None of these are infertility medications. If you are not sure why he/she prescribed them, you should ask your doctor what they are for.

Need more info: The physician who is treating you is the best person to give you the answer to your questions as there are a lot of other things that come into play. One must know the "whole" patient to determine what is going on and then prescribe the remedy. I can understand your concern &amp; your physician should sit down with you and explain his plan and why he prescribed this particular medication.
