Can try: Your doctor must feel like one of the tubes has enough opening to allow pregnancy to occur. Insemination is much less expensive than the next step which is in vitro fertilization. Likely your doctor is hoping AI will work for you.

Narrow Pulse P.: AI has a wide pulse pressure, not a narrow pulse pressure.
Young female with narrow pulse pressure - would get an echocardiogram. Low cardiac function, pericardial effusion, aortic stenosis, mitral stenosis, severe anemia, and tachycardia are considerations. Also could be normal in young healthy person depending on values and circumstances it is measured.

Perimenopause: It appears that you may be peri menopausal. A low dose birth control pill such as lo lo estrin would possibly be a good choice for you. The average age of menopause is 51. Therefore some people will be 54 but some will be 44 when it occurs.

have water ariud my ankle and knees. the pains hurts real bad. and i to the doctor and give me water pill. but pain wont go away. so what can i do ai?

Reconsider issue: Swelling of the ankles and knees can be due to fluid retention, but it could also be due to joint inflammation/ arthritis. Physical examination and labs can help pinpoint the issues.  Avoid salty food, drink adequate fluids, remember that medications(including ibuprofen, amlodipin) can add to the issues. Elevate feet. Wear compression socks/ stockings. Follow up with your MD if problems continues.
