i had ectopic pregnancy surgery on 11/21/13 and lost left tube.had sex unprotected on 11/30, 12/1, 12/2 . my breast started feel could i be preg?

Possible….: ….But not probable.  More likely resolution of pregnancy related hormones.  However, checking a pregnancy test and/or checking with your doctor is always a good idea.

Test don't guess: If you missed a period and feel you might be pregnant, let your doctor know right away. The chance of a repeat ectopic pregnancy is about 10%. The first step is to find out if you really are pregnant and where the pregnancy is located. Other signs may include pelvic pain and vaginal bleeding or spotting.

First step: Before worrying about an ectopic you need to see if you are pregnant or not by checking a home pregnancy test. An ectopic pregnancy will still cause a positive home test. If the test is positive then schedule a visit with an Obgyn to verify that there is a normal pregnancy found. If the test is negative then you are not pregnant

Hello. : Hello. Signs for an ectopic pregnancy can include pain or cramping in the lower abdomen, mild vaginal bleeding, pain with urination, pain with bowel movements or pain in the area of the ovary. These  initial symptoms can present within the 5th to 8th week of pregnancy. With a later ectopic pregnancy, there can be heavy bleeding and pain. About half of women who have bleeding in the first trimester (not implantation) may miscarry. I recommend that you let your obstetrician know about this. Of course, if you experience hemorrhaging or severe abdominal pain, it is imperative to get emergency care. Take care.

have had 14 days on my cycle (menstrual) really tender breast last pregnacy was ectopic and i have a 1 and a 2 year old. my periods arent heavy?

Gyn consult: This is dysfunctional bleeding. A pregnancy test is in order then a Gyn consult is in order.

Possibly: Repeated pelvic surgery, which includes a c-section can cause the formation of scar tissue (adhesions) which can block your fallopian tubes (which carry the egg from the ovary to the uterus) and then cause an ectopic pregnancy.  This is because the fertilized egg cannot reach the uterus to implant where it belongs.  Repeated c-sections are associated with reduced fertility.

Just keep trying: With one ectopic pregnancy it might become harder next time to get pregnant. Be sure to see your doctor immediately if you think you might be pregnant. And if you are not pregnant after a few months, ask your doctor about checking to see whether you have at least one open fallopian tube.

You can but not norm: Ectopic pregnancy may still have vaginal bleeding with the pregnancy but not always. This should be evaluated by a doctor.

Possible: If 26 years is your correct age, there's a good chance you can get pregnant - but a fair likelihood it may take IVF. Tubes don't "play" - they either are good or not.  If you don't get pregnant in 6-8 months you may want to talk with a fertility specialist. Good luck.
