Yes, : Yes, elevated monocytes can be elevated in some types of vasculitis.  Monocytes can also be elevated in chronic infections.  I am glad that you have had a negative bone marrow study.  High sedimentation rate can go along with inflammatory or infectious causes.  It sounds like your hematologist is performing a thorough workup.

Fever and Neck Pain: Yes, but the fever is not very high. If he is worsening or the fever will not go away with standard tylenol (acetaminophen) or Ibuprofen he or she may need to be seen urgently.

i had dry humping with my bf on 15 may on 18 may i had periods which lasted for 6 days then during that i had typhoid fever till now i didnot get period its been july i have cycle of 42 days is it normal?

: When you have a significant illness, this can affect your periods. However, just to be on the safe side, take a pregnany test and if negative and you still do not have a period, best to see your doctor to have medication to restart your periods.

Controlled: I am reluctant to say cured because if you were to gain weight you would be at risk of developing diabetes. Keep you weight under control (keep your BMI below 25) and exercise at least 150 minutes/week.

It is more common in countries where hand washing is not practiced and water is likely to be contaminated with sewage
