Yes: Sleep as a concept is more pertinent to outside the womb phenomenon.
A fetus generally is believed to be in a state of rest in the 1st trimester, The eyes are generally shut evidenced by fetoscopy and 3d Ultarsounds.
So one could say they are generally asleep.

Baby can sleep: A baby usually has cycles of sleep and activity. A baby normally would not be sleeping all night, as that would be an eight hour sleep cycle.

Depends: It depends on which disorders you have, but i can't conceive of any causing fetal injury.  This is something you can discuss with your physician.

Might be opposite: Oftentimes, the fetus is on the opposite schedule so, awake when mom is asleep and everything is calm for the baby and then asleep when mom is active and the baby is in essence being constantly rocked by movement.

No: To cry you need air passing over vocal cords. This is not possible until the baby is born and breathing.

No: They tend to grow at a pretty normal rate prior to birth. Deficiencies in linear growth will eventually occcur in the average ds kid as they grow older. However, some maintain a relatively normal rate of growth, dependingg on other factors affecting their health.

Immediately: Babies hear voices inside the womb. They can recognize mom and dad's voices immediately after delivery because they have been hearing it the whole nine months. It is very cool.

No correct answer: Children with down's syndrome have certain features that are indicative while in utero.  Weight is not one of them.  In utero weight is dependent on so many factors including maternal factors that fetal weight cannot be used with any accuracy.  In my experience, children with Down syndrome often weigh similar to their siblings in utero.

Not specifically: Ds infants can have any of the sporadic issues that affect non ds infants, like esophageal atresia, where the swallowing tube is not hooked up, or urinary tract defects, both of which can lead to poor amniotic fluid production.

is it possible that my babies cord is wrapped around his neck he has the hiccups a lot in the womb 2 times a day at least.. very nervous?

Many do: A neck wrap is common and thought to result around 12 wks when there is more room to flip around.The hiccups are unrelated.I have had healthy infants with as many as 5 wraps and their presence is often noted by poor progress in labor and  abnormal changes during labor in the fetal heart rate on the monitor. This rarely causes any issues before the work of labor starts.C-section is often needed.
