No: There are no such foods such as that. If your TSH level is low, that means your thyroid is overproducing thyroid hormone and that could be a goiter or other thyroid disease - you definitely need that checked and treated.  If your thyroid hormone is low, then your TSH would be high. In that case, you need to take some form of thyroid replacement med - there are different options for that.

Thyroid status: The Methimazole converted your overactive thyroid to an underactive one and made your TSH climb. Reducing your dose should bring the TSH into the normal level within 2 to 4 weeks.

Various possibilitie: There's always potential lab error. Morning determinations are generally most accurate. Tsh is secreted episodically and can vary from one time to the next, also, if you have had a recent bout of thyroiditis, your labs can vary over time. Did they draw any other thyroid tests like free t4?

Reheck you level in the future.

TSH 4.86: This is a slightly high level and suggests that your T4 and T3 (liothyronine) are a bit below the reference range.

You cannot rely on TSH alone so you should check with your doctor that the other two items were measured.
If not they need to be done.
When completed appropriate management should take place.
