I know of no ways unless you are iodine deficient and have been for some time. Discuss with you Dr. the Thyroid is a key to body health. If TSH is high your body is talking to u thru the lab. Listen to it.

What do you mean by natural? Taking thyroid supplementation is natural, if you are deficient in thyroid hormones with a resulting increase in TSH. May I add that "natural" is not always good, rattle snakes are natural! See a doctor, preferably an endocrinologist, and take the medication prescribed to you. Wish you good health!
