Normal or pathologic: Generally anxiety comes with increase in BP/pulse and do not die. Anxiety in the human is like speed in the car. More important is what is your resting BP/pulse. Next time you have your MD take your data ask!

Norvasc (amlodipine): 5mg of Norvasc (amlodipine) is a normal dose, 10mg is also a common dosage used. You should not adjust your medications without involving your doctor in the decision. If the doc advises the 10mg total dose that isn't unusual.

: This is entirely normal. Everyone's BP varies widely over time, including people on treatment for high blood pressure. The average BP over days or weeks is much more important in judging the effectiveness of treatment than is any single measurement.

Depends: It depends on the situation. For example, during exercise both the heart rate and blood pressure will increase. However, if the blood pressure rises at rest it can trigger a reflex which causes, bradycardia, or a slowing of the heart rate.

Provigil: Provigil is used to treat excessive daytime sleepiness and works for about 12 hours. So you would take it usually when you get up each day. It is unlikely to significantly raise your blood pressure; quite rarely it could raise it a little and your blood pressure meds may be adjusted.

Rx nasal sprays: There are two types of rx sprays you can take. Both have very little systemic side effects. Nasal steroids sprays (flonase, rhinocourt, nasonex, (mometasone) veramyst) and also anti-histamine sprays (patanase, astepro, etc) ask your primary md, allergist, or ENT which is best for you. But do you need an rx for them.

No: A person generally cannot feel her blood pressure. For example, a person can have a typical blood pressure of 100/55, 110/65, 120/75, 130/85, or 140/95. There are people walking around with each of these pressures, and they don't feel differently from one another merely because of the pressure. The pressures don't increase or decrease hunger.
