There's : There's no way to know whether you are pregnant or not without a test, though many women will experience fatigue, breast swelling and tenderness, headaches, nausea/morning sickness, and/or frequent urination.

You can either take a home pregnancy test as long as it has been 5- 6 weeks since your last normal period, or you can go see your doctor and they can test you. A home pregnancy test is 97% accurate if taken a week or more after the missed period. A blood test can tell if you are pregnant as soon as 7 days after conception and a doctor's urine pregnancy test can tell if you are pregnant around when you next period should come.

There are other reasons besides pregnancy that can cause a woman to miss a period such as: stress, diet, excessive exercise or a hormone imbalance such as with a thyroid disorder or poly cystic ovarian syndrome. If you continue to not have your period or if they become irregular, you should contact your doctor.

Early signs: Early pregnancy sxs can include: no period, breast swelling ; tenderness w darkened areolas, thin, white ; milky vaginal discharge, fatigue, ^ urination frequency, constipation, bloating, heartburn, backache, cramping, headache, food cravings or aversions, ^ sense of smell, enlarged waist, feeling faint/dizzy, mood swings, ^ gas, insomnia, gagging more easily ; yawning.

Early pregnancy: Classic pregnancy symptoms usually don’t begin until the day your period is missed or after that. These can include: tender or swollen breasts, nausea or vomiting; lack of a period; increased frequency of urination; headaches, insomnia, fatigue. Moodiness, mild cramping, food cravings; passing gas; enlarging waist line. Etc. There may be an increase in white vaginal discharge.   Cont'd.

Infection: No. These do not represent early pregnancy. They also do not preclude pregnancy. But usually bladder and pelvis symptoms like this represent a UTI, urinary tract infection.

GYN exam: blood testing,, repeat urine analysis and culture. If you are having unprotected intercourse, get pregnancy , thyroid and metabolic blood testing. May need a trans vaginal ultrasound.

It depends/unlikely,: This depends on how much weight is gained during pregnancy.  The average woman is expected to gain about 25 pounds during pregnancy and would likely still be overweight after it.  So it's normal to be overweight in pregnancy.  However, if the BMI was high normal before pregnancy it might be smart to have a diet and exercise program after the pregnancy.  Best of luck.

Fit pregnancy.: Now that you're pregnant, this is not the time to begin any intensive exercise program. Light activity, such as brisk walking, would be fine.  As well, a healthy pregnancy only requires an additional 300-500 calories daily, so take stock of your nutrition plan and don't overdo it with extra calories.  Focus on lean proteins and complex carbohydrates.  And prenatal vitamins.

Wait 4 blood result: Home pregnancy tests are quite good...But not 100%...Even blood test is not 100%.
So, wait for the result and go from there....If it is negative, your doc may do more test such as an ultrasound etc...
If it is positive...Congrats.
