Bartholin cyst: What you described suggests a Bartholin cyst, due to blockage of the duct of gland normally present at the opening of the vagina. It is of no concern, unless it gets infected. Shaving your private parts is not a good idea and it makes you more likely to get infection.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form.  Drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless.
Get HPV vaccine.

i have a pimple but when it pops out its something white then goes away is this herpes or a ingrown hair?

Pimple: A Whitehead, or closed comedone, has a white sebaceous plug inside.  A warm shower will sometimes help it exit the skin.

if i have a pimple on my pube area and its been there over a year now and i want it gone! i also think its a possibility an ingrown hair is causing this but im not sure? and im not sexually active at all. what do i do ?

: Unlikely it's an ingrown hair if it has been there for more than a year.  Could be a wart, could be lots of things.  If it bothers you that much, see a dermatologist for an in-person evaluation and treatment.

Skin infections: Pus filled bumps on the skin are usually the symptom of a skin infection.  When they become red, warm to touch and painful it is called cellulitis.  Treatment of this includes oral antibiotics and occassionally drainage.  See your doctor, because resistant infections are becoming more common and require special treatment.

2 cm nodule: That is a big nodule and needs urgent attention. Please go today to the nearest Emergency facility!

: You may use a antibiotic cream such as polysporin twice per day for a week. If no improvement is seen, see a dermatologist for further care

Basics: Warm heat as a compress or heating pad may bring a small abscess to a point where it can drain/heal. If it persists and or worsens over time it may need to be opened/drained in the office. Rarely  they are a peri-rectal abscess from a fistula inside &amp; must be surgically explored/removed.

Can be tough: Sometimes cutting hair with a scissors rather than shaving can help. Avoiding a really close shave may help - shaving with the grain instead of against it, and not repeatedly going over the same area with a razor. A topical antibiotic, like prescription 1% Clindamycin might also help.

Cyst: This may represent an Epidermoid cyst.  Follow with your PCP or dermatologist and they can remove it if it bothers you!
