Probably not: Fibromyalgia is a generalized pain with stiffness, chronic fatigue and sleep issues. More localized pain as you describe is unlikely to be fm.

Probably not: Fibromyalgia does not produce bloodshot eyes or dizziness. The pain in fm is generalized and not limited to the upper back.
