Diagnosis ??: Fibromyalgia is a diagnosis of exclusion. Other things need to be considered and ruled out. Work with a pain or rehabiltation specialist. A rheumatologist may need to see you and run some tests.

Fibromyalgia: Morning stiffness can occur with many conditions, including fibromyalgia. It is certainly not strongly suggestive of just fibromyalgia, though. Other symptoms like pain in various parts of the muscles, poor sleep, brain fog, and G.I. symptoms are all more related to fibromyalgia.
