Fibromyalgia : The medicines approved for FMS will Improve your symptoms, but not always resolve them. Discuss this with your doc who,is treating you, consider trials of low dose baclofen or amitriptiline if they won’t negatively interact with other meds you are taking. Low dose naltrexone 2-5 mg has been helpful for some, but these suggestions may NOT be right for you, and your doc may not want them.

Fibromyalgia: I agree with Dr. Simon (although I wasn't familiar with the last option). Acupuncture can allow for balancing that can improve fibromyalgia pain. It is an adjunct to treatment.
