thigh muscle twitching after i ran 8 mi. only symptom. i was dehydrated, have too much caffeine (5+ cups strong coffee/day),  sleeping poorly. its been 5 days. after i fix these, how long til the spams are gone?

Electrolytes d: Drink Gatorade, rest, apply heat and take Motrin as directed.
If the pain persists, please see your doctor.

i have a stomach bug and haven't ate or drank anything all day. now 99.7 temp and bad headache (caffeine withdraw), could temp be from dehydration?

Unlikely: That's a normal temperature. However, a viral infection ("stomach bug") will often produce fever. Fluids are definitely the most important treatment now. Not eating is okay (for a while at least), but you need to drink or you'll get sicker and feel much worse. If fever develops, you'll need to drink even more as you "burn off" more fluids. Rest, drink water and feel better....

Hard to say: You say you're on a monitor. I am assuming the results are not back yet. If the skip beats and palpitations occur while you are on the monitor then a record is made and your cardiologist should be able to get a better idea of what is going on. Many have ways for you to mark when you have symptoms, too.  An electrophysiologist (heart rhythm specialist) should be able to help.

Yes: The lethal dose in humans is thought to be about 200 mg per kg of body weight.  For a 200 (pyrethins and piperonyl butoxide) lb. Man, that would be 100 tablets.  It wouldn't be a particularly comfortable death.

NoDoz (caffeine): Minimum age for purchase is 12 years old.  Teens and children don't need to be using NoDoz (caffeine).

Same as coffee: Same side effects as caffeine. About 300 mg is enough to result in caffeine intoxication, with similar effects to other stimulants. Longer term, an anxiety disorder or a sleep disorder may develop from taking caffeine  pills or tablets.

Caffeine: Not sure what you would ever take a caffeine tablet for. I would doubt that a physician recommended such an odd tablet for any health reason. But,  in general, the doctors here do not endorse products.

Caffeine : Caffeine pills are very dangerous.  Could lead to rapid heart beat, palpitations, elevated blood pressure, mood changes, and insomnia.  One to cups of coffee per day might be beneficial for health.  Drink your coffee in moderation.  Stay away from caffeine pills.

i rarely ever have caffeine, but today i took a caffeine pill. could this have caused overdose for my body or am i just super sensitive to caffeine?

Caffiene: One caffeine pill should be ok, if you are sensitive you would feel hyper, have high heart rate, blood pressure etc.
