May be too late but: I am sorry to tell you that most men stop growing around age 18- but occasionally some will grow until age 21 or so. Taking measures to increase your production of growth hormone might help, but if your growth plates have closed (like most 18 yo's) then you've reached your max.

Time is the best: Medicine for this. The standard in the community is to stop smoking and give yourself time. I don't recommend initiating anything else such as the pills you noted. It is not indicated in my opinion. Don't trade one addiction for the need for another pill. Good luck!

Naturally raise HGH: Most men stop growing around age 18- but some grow until age 21 or so. You may only grow another 1-2 inches but may grow several- much depends on your genetics. Follow a healthy diet and take a good multivitamin- low zinc can limit growth. Try going to sleep by 10 pm. Taking measures to increase your production of growth hormone can also  help.
