the HIV pcr test can be accurate after fourteen days. Most of us wait till day 21 after exposure to erase all doubts. You tested too soon!

Hepatitis B: Having a positive hbv dna and "other tests positive" in general means you have hepatitis b. This is not do to tension. Without knowing the specifics of your other blood tests and overall condition, i would see your liver specialist to see if you need treatment or if you can just have your liver tests checked every few months.

Recent exposure?: Follow up testing is required.  Pcr tests have a false positive rate of 3-10%.  If you had a recent exposure, it is possible that repeat testing will show antibody to become positive and there is a true HIV infection.  If it does not, it is likely a false positive.

Nucleic acid Test : Hiv is a RNA virus.  Nucleic acid testing (nat) is done to (1) detect virus for an early diagnosis after potential exposure; (2) donated blood to detect infection, (3) to measure the viral load in someone undergoing treatment for hiv.  Nat may be negative up to two weeks or so after acquiring infection. It is the most accurate of the tests for hiv.

: We usually use the word reliable when we mean specificity in testing. If the HIV DNA PCR is positive, the specificity (reliability) is almost 100% at 16 days. However, if you mean reliable by detecting the disease (sensitivity) the sensitivity is around 90% at 16 days after exposure but almost 100% after 90 days.

Yes: The PCR is highly accurate and sensitive. It may take 6 weeks to 6 months for the elisa and western blot antibody tests to be positive. Since the PCR tests for the virus itself, it is detectable earlier, before an immune response has been initiated, but at a much higher price.
