Acute or chronic?: At your age various structural answers are possible.  If this is acute (new) then follow the post nasal drip as a possible clue of a sinus disorder.  While this would not directly explain positional vertigo, the two might be related.  Benign positional vertigo generally is not associated with nasal drip.  Last, a nasopharyngeal leasion might produce true post-nasal drip and vertigo.  Get eval.

Hard to tell: With so little details (age, hx of hypertension or diabetes, neck injuries , duration of symptoms etc), it is impossible to guess what may be the cause.  It is time however for you to consult your family doctor to find out the cause since he knows your medical history better (drugs taken etc).

Possibly: Long term bed rest can lead to loss of muscle mass. In the legs, muscles function to squeeze blood from veins to the heart. If there is lack of utilization, it would take few seconds for the blood pressure to normalize and the dizziness to dissipate. If dizziness lasts longer, get further evaluate. Common cause includes dehydration as well.

after 2 month break go to runing 1km but after jog feling like dizzy, nausea and near faint feling normal after 5 min lay on flat surface.wth was that?

Drop in bp: You started to get a little sick probably from a combo of problems, out of shape, low blood sugar, etc. This can cause a reflex in some people where the BP drops. This is what causes people to faint. You did the right thing by laying down. That restores the BP and reverses the reflex. Medical jargon for this is "vaso- vagal syncope" if it happens often see your doctor. Eat breakfast and lots h2o.

: Are you lying on your stomach or back and does it happen when you lie on another hard surface like the floor? is it every time?   Neck extended when it occurs? . Would follow up with  a neurologist and consider  MRA  of neck/ head and MRI of cervical spine to check neck vessels, discs,  and rare Chiari  malformation,

Vision strain: It is possible for eye strain to activate episodes of positional dizziness. See your provider if it persists or worsens.

Lying Down: Do you lie down when you sleep, or are you propped up with pillows? The dental chair reclines only so far, and it is less than lying down in bed. Your dentist needs access to visualize your teeth and that really can't be done while you are sitting up. Discuss your concerns with your provider.

cardiologist said i have gerd and postural dizziness had it early hours laying down flat ,lifting head up slightly felt faint but didn't just queezy temporary .put head flat ,normal again bed raised 6" for gerd is this ok for postural dizziness too?

Depends how you feel: If the head of the bed being raised doesn;t make your dizziness worse, then it's ok. By the way, if medications and lifestyle changes are not treating your GERD in an acceptable manner, consider finding someone that performs the Stretta Procedure - endoscopic therapy for GERD. GET YOURSELF CHECKED: You are only 15 years old and have all these symptoms  of difficulty in breathing,dizziness,fatigue,swollen ankle and weakness
You should speak to your parents and they need to take you to your Pediatrician or Family Doctor to be checked as soon as possible
