May be too early: Some hpt's have variable sensitivity. The hormones that cause the test to tern positive may take a while to build up enough to be detected.The first morning urine is generally the most concentrated and more likely to reflect your condition. I would just test again later.

Insufficient data: Please repeat your post but this time specify what kind of allergies you mean: Drug allergies, food allergies, or environmental allergies. If environmental, try to specify: House dust? Mold? Pollen? Other? Also bear in mind that a lot of what are popularly called "allergies", really aren't true allergies. Have you seen an allergist and been tested?

If your symptoms: last for another 24 hours you could consider being evaluated but it will probably pass by then. Literally.

Sleep: You may have not slept for few days. Please sleep for at least 8 hrs straight.avoid caffeine .drink lot of fluids.check your BP.get a second opinion. You may have viral meningitis which may need you to get a lumbar puncture. If you had flu this could be sinus infection. Anemia : Anemia could be the cause of your headaches, dizziness, and lack of energy. Make sure your doctors find the underlying cause of your anemia and address that as well. Also make sure you are taking enough iron. In addition you should be screened for anemia, thyroid issues etc. 
Please see your doctor for a complete history and physical and work up of your current complaints.

Yes or no: If you are stressed with IBS any thing can happen but it doesn't cause dizziness or unbalance on it's own.

Upset stomach and di: Upset stomach more often causes nausea. It does not cause vertigo (spinning dizziness). It may cause light-headed dizziness if you become dehydrated from vomiting as a result of upset stomach.
