Hello docs. i was wondering can upset stomach create dizziness?

Upset stomach and di: Upset stomach more often causes nausea. It does not cause vertigo (spinning dizziness). It may cause light-headed dizziness if you become dehydrated from vomiting as a result of upset stomach.
