Be watched closely: I've seen some women with little weight gain during pregnancy have perfectly healthy babies, but weight gain of about at least 25 pounds would typically be expected.  Make sure your doctor monitors closely your fundal height growth, and probably also more ultrasounds that the typical pregnancy for closer monitoring of the fetal growth.

No: Your dizzy spells, syncope, and positive tilt table may indicate POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome). If you have a positive tilt table, how can you be "cardio cleared"? Evaluation with an electrophysiologist (cardiologist specializing in neuro-cardiogenic syncope) may be revealing. If you have POTS, the prognosis is good - you'll get better in time and there are treatments.

Side Effect: Although your BP is elevated above the desired range, it is not astronomically high. The dizziness may be a side effect of the Losartan. You should see your physician to possibly adjust your meds for better control of your BP and to see if switching to another agent will cause the dizziness to go away.
