The : The symptoms you are describing doesn't really sound like the flu.  The flu has also not really been seen at all so far this season.  I might watch to see how you do today and take some advil, (ibuprofen) force fluids and rest.  It might still be another virus. Best wishes.

See your doctor: These extra symptoms are just more severe migraines.  Migraines are the body's warning system.  Something is stressing you that is making your migraines more complex.  You may have infection, allergic reaction, toxic reaction to food or drug, or some emotional crisis.  You need a good medical checkup.

Go to see MD: It could be from different things like significant anemia ( if you have heavy periods for instance), vs dehydration vs benign positional vertigo vs ear infection vs other things. Hydrate your self well, get up and move very slowly-would help. But most importantly- to go to see your md to get checked.
