whats the best treatment for ageotrophic lateral vertigo? have tried lempert for 2 days, but still have not recovered. anything else i can try? still dizzy when lying down turning my head left and right?

May be BPV: Bpv or benign positional vertigo occurs when the head assumes a more horizontal position or the affected ear is closer to the floor..Shortly after assuming or getting out of the inciting position, often laying down, there is brief spinning lasting.

Illness: If you are getting dizzy every time you it or stand from lying down that is likely orthostatic hypotension. Please insure that you hydrate more with liquids (especially water). Avoid coffee, tea, sodas or alcohol. You may be dehydrated. If you have a high fever or the worst headache of your life - then please  seek urgent care. Hope you feel better soon.

Positional dizziness: You may have a condition called benign positional vertigo which causes a brief spinning sensation with change in head position.  This can be diagnosed and treated with what are called repositioning maneuvers, also called epley maneuvers.  See an ear specialist.
